I HAVE APPLIED FOR THE INDIAN CDC TWO MONTHS BACK BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE FILE NUMBER TILL NOW.
I WOULD REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AND ISSUE THE CDC AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. |

Sir i had lost my cdc in dec 2011 than i filled a form for renewel than u send me letter for original fir or attested by gajetted officer than i had send fir signed by gajetted office nd send it on 13 feb 2012 than on 14 march 2012 i called in mmd office they told me that we accept ur fir and your cdc went for printing nd we will send u on 30 mar 2012 then i called on 30 march then they told me that we send fir for verification and i asked in police station they told that we didnt recive any letter
Now told me sir what should i do pls tell me actual situation of cdc and how many days i will get my cdc

my cdc no is 48147 and i applied for renewal cdc in kolkata and and after verification application [ no. 105 { R.Sticker }- 1/2011 ] was forwarded to mumbai from kolkata on 28 september 2011.sir i did not get my file no and renewal cdc.from 9 months i m at home after getting accident on ship.

my name is sakthivel applied for my Indian CDC before 4 months, because of attested officers details was not clearly mentioned i got my application back to me two times. now i applied third time with clear attestation details on 11 July 2011. on Mumbai MMD office. but till not i didn't got my file number sir. so please consider my application and do the needful as soon as possible sir.
